This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a total capacity of 13.01 cu. ft. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with the capability to hold 6" deep pans for added flexibility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/6 HP compressor.
