This two-section unit features a 48"W design with a spacious 13.01 cu. ft. capacity. It includes four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, providing easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans included, while the tops can also accommodate 6" deep pans for added versatility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food prep. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling. The SPED48HC-18M-4 is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
