Description
The Beverage Air SPED60HC-16C-4 is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60"W and a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 16 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design supports 6" deep pans for added versatility. A 17" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for enhanced durability. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring efficient cooling. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in the USA.
