Description
The Beverage Air SPED72HC-08C-2 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for eight 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design allows for 6" deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Proudly made in the USA.
