The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12-2 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with four-inch deep pans provided, while the design supports six-inch deep pans for added flexibility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring reliable cooling performance.
