This three-section unit measures 72 inches wide and offers a generous 20.0 cu. ft. of storage space. It features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for versatile storage options. The stainless steel top includes an opening for twelve 1/6 size pans, with 4" deep pans provided; the design also supports 6" deep pans for added flexibility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel, and the interior is aluminum for easy cleaning. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor, this unit ensures optimal temperature control.
