Description
The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18C-4 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a generous 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features four pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with one door and two shelves for additional storage. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided and the capability to fit 6" deep pans. A 17" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The unit boasts a durable stainless steel exterior, galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. It operates with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a powerful 1/3 HP compressor. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Proudly made in the USA.
