The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18C-6 is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72" width and a 20.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features six pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The stainless steel top includes an opening for 18 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided and the capability to use 6" deep pans as well. A 17" polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace for food preparation. The unit boasts a stainless steel exterior complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, while the aluminum interior ensures easy cleaning. It utilizes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor for efficient cooling. This unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation certified, and proudly made in the USA.
