The Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-2 is a high-capacity Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This three-section unit features a spacious 72" width and offers 20.0 cu. ft. of storage space. It includes two pull-out drawers that accommodate 6" deep pans, along with two doors and four adjustable shelves for versatile organization. The stainless steel top is equipped with an opening for up to 30 (1/6 size) pans, with 4" deep pans provided, while the design also supports 6" deep pans for added flexibility. A 10" polyethylene cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior for easy cleaning. This unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/3 HP compressor, ensuring optimal cooling performance. It meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
