The Beverage Air TPE27HC-6P-7R is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a 27"W design with a spacious 6.9 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes a stainless steel top with openings for six 1/9 size pans (4" deep) for refrigerated toppings and seven 10" deep jars (non-refrigerated) for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves for optimal organization and storage. Its durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/10 HP compressor, providing efficient cooling performance. Mobility is enhanced with 6" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
