Description
The Bizerba CSP is an advanced automatic bread slicer designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring a robust 16.54" (420mm) blade, it allows for variable slice thickness ranging from 1/8" (4mm) to 15/16" (24mm). This machine can produce up to 200 slices per minute, making it ideal for high-demand environments. It accommodates various loaf sizes, with a maximum capacity of 5.59"W x 12.60"H x 15.35"L for assisted sales and 5.59"W x 12.60"H x 14.96"L for self-service. The Bizerba CSP excels at slicing warm bread, including those with fruits and nuts, as well as soft loaves and hard crust varieties.
