Description
The Bizerba GSE-12 is a robust manual food slicer designed for medium-duty use. It features a 12-inch diameter hard chromium-plated blade that ensures durability and precision slicing. The thumb guard wall measures 5.8 inches wide for added safety during operation. With an 18° gravity feed system, it allows for effortless slicing of various food items. The seamless anodized aluminum base, carriage, and gauge plate provide stability and ease of cleaning. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.54 inches (0-14mm) to accommodate different preparation needs. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, it operates on 110v/60v1-ph with a 36kW cord equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The slicer is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
