Description
The Bizerba GSP HD USPH-VSP-60HZ-220V is an advanced electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use in marine environments. Featuring a robust 13" blade, this automatic slicer offers three adjustable speeds and three stroke options for versatile slicing capabilities. The product fence ensures precision, while the servo assist enhances operational efficiency. Safety is paramount with eight interlocks and a thumb guard measuring 3.5" wide, providing added protection during use. The seamless anodized aluminum construction ensures durability and easy cleaning. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° gravity feed for effortless slicing. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating various food items. The VFD motor operates at 0.24kW, 220V/60/1-phase, drawing 1.4 amps, and comes with a EURO power plug. The remote sharpener features a spring-loaded dial for convenient blade maintenance. This slicer is ETL-Sanitation certified, equipped with UL-157 gaskets and seals, cETLus approved, and DGUV safety tested, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
