Description
The Bizerba GSPV2150GVRB-GSPHVGVRB is a high-performance electric food slicer designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 13" (330mm) diameter hard chromium-plated grooved vacuum release blade, this slicer ensures precision and durability. The lift-arm device allows for easy operation, while the thumb guard wall measures 5.8" in width for added safety. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, facilitating efficient slicing, and the 45° gravity feed enhances product handling. Constructed with a seamless anodized aluminum base, carriage, and gauge plate, this slicer is built for longevity and ease of cleaning. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0" to 0.94" (0-24mm), accommodating a variety of food items. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, it operates at 110v/60v1-ph with a current of 3.3 amps and a power output of 0.4kW. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
