The Bizerba SLICER-TABLE-315 is a robust mobile equipment stand designed for mixers and slicers, featuring a spacious 27.9"W x 32.25"D x 31.75"H frame with a 600 lb. capacity. The table top is constructed from durable 14-gauge stainless steel, equipped with a coved-upward edge on all four sides to contain spills and enhance safety. It includes four predrilled mounting holes for easy installation of equipment, along with a combination handle and remote sharpener holder for added convenience. This stand accommodates up to six 18" x 26" pans with a tray slide spacing of 2.375", making it ideal for efficient food preparation. A side lift arm allows for easy mobility or secure locking in place. The fixed stainless steel bottom shelf features a 3" center drain for easy cleaning and maintenance. Built with stainless steel welded construction, it ensures durability and stability. The stand is equipped with four high-friction pad feet and retractable casters for smooth movement. NSF certified and proudly made in the USA, it is compatible with various slicer models including GSP H i, GSP H, GSP HD i, GSP HD, VSP, VS12 F, and VS12 D-V-1.
