Description
The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-400 is a high-performance vertical food slicing system designed for efficiency and precision. Featuring the innovative Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, it operates at a maximum speed of 80 strokes per minute, ensuring quick and consistent slicing. The configurable touch display and digital slicing control allow for easy adjustments, while the slice thickness can be finely tuned from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch. This system includes a transport conveyor and a 5-portion stainless steel mesh belt, accommodating products up to 15-3/4" (400mm) in length. It offers versatile slicing options, including shaves, stacks (up to 3.5 inches/90 mm in height), shingles, and circular patterns. The 13" grooved vacuum release blade enhances slicing efficiency, complemented by a shaving deflector for optimal results. Designed for easy maintenance, the Bizerba VSI 330F TC-400 has an IP rating of IPx5, allowing for efficient cleaning with foam and hose. The mobile stand with locking wheels provides stability and convenience, while the network-ready feature ensures seamless integration into your operations. The system comes with a starter kit and includes a first-year SlicerGard™ Full Service Contract for added peace of mind. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with a 5.8 amp draw, it is equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets CE, ETL-Sanitation, and cETLus standards.
