Description
The Bizerba VSI 330F TC-W-400 is a high-performance vertical food slicing system designed for efficiency and precision. Featuring the innovative Emotion™ intelligent drive motor, it operates with energy-saving capabilities and achieves up to 80 strokes per minute. The configurable touch display and digital slicing control allow for easy operation and customization. This system includes an integrated portion scale for accurate target weight control, accommodating a range from 50 to 2000 grams with 1-gram precision. The transport conveyor and 5-portion stainless steel mesh belt enhance productivity, while the slice thickness can be adjusted from 0.01 inch to 0.5 inch to meet various slicing needs. With a product length capacity of 15-3/4" (400mm), the Bizerba VSI 330F TC-W-400 can shave, stack (up to 3.5 inches/90 mm), shingle, and create circular patterns with ease. It is equipped with a 13" grooved vacuum release blade and a shaving deflector for optimal slicing performance. Designed for easy maintenance, it has an IP rating of IPx5 for efficient cleaning using foam and hose. The mobile stand with locking wheels ensures stability and mobility, while the network-ready feature allows for seamless integration into existing systems. The product comes with a starter kit and includes a first-year SlicerGard™ Full Service Contract. Operating on 120v/60/1-ph with a 5.8 amp draw, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P and meets CE, ETL, and cETLus standards.
