Description
The BKI WS-15STC Fryer Dump Station is designed to keep your fried foods warm and ready for service. It features upper and lower radiant heat for consistent temperature maintenance. The unit includes a rotating top and accommodates a full-size 12" x 20" steam table pan (not included) within a sturdy cabinet. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 9.2 amps and 1.0 kW, it comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The station is mobile and easy to maneuver, thanks to its 6" locking casters. It meets ETL and cETLus safety standards, ensuring reliable performance in any commercial kitchen setting.
