The Blakeslee D-18D-3 is a high-performance hood-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and durability. With a compact width of 28-3/8 inches, it features a high-temperature Perfecta-Rinse™ sanitizing system that operates at 180°F, ensuring thorough sanitation. The unit can process up to 30 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with built-in detergent and rinse-aid pumps, the D-18D-3 simplifies the washing process. The front-mount digital controls with an LCD screen provide easy operation, while the hood-operated stop/start function enhances convenience. A drain pump is included for efficient water management. The dishwasher utilizes upper and lower revolving wash sprays for comprehensive cleaning and incorporates a triple filter system to maintain water quality. With five operating cycles, it offers versatility to meet various washing needs. Constructed with 304 stainless steel exterior panels and interior, along with a 316 stainless steel deep formed tank, this dishwasher is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It features a 2.94kW electric tank heater and a powerful 2-3/10 HP motor, ensuring optimal performance. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, guaranteeing compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
