The Blakeslee D-18V-3 is a high-performance ventless dishwasher designed for efficiency and sanitation. With a compact width of 28-3/8 inches, it features a hood type design that accommodates up to 30 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The Perfecta-Rinse™ system operates at a high temperature of 180°F, ensuring thorough sanitization with the aid of a 9kW booster heater. This model includes built-in heat recovery, enhancing energy efficiency while maintaining optimal washing temperatures. It comes equipped with detergent and rinse-aid pumps for consistent cleaning results. The front-mount digital controls allow for easy operation, while the hood-operated stop/start feature adds convenience. The dishwasher utilizes upper and lower revolving wash sprays and a triple filter system to ensure effective cleaning. With five operating cycles, it can adapt to various washing needs. Constructed with durable 304 stainless steel exterior panels and a 316 stainless steel deep formed tank, it is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. The 2.7kW electric tank heater and 2-3/10 HP motor provide reliable performance.
