This boilerless model features a stacked configuration with the BLCT-6E on top and the BLCT-10E below, offering a total capacity of four 12" x 20" full-size hotel pans in the top oven and six in the bottom oven. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, this combi oven supports multiple cooking modes and can store up to 500 recipes for streamlined operation. The reversible 9-speed fan ensures even cooking and optimal heat distribution, while the external temperature probe allows for precise monitoring of food temperatures. Additional features include a USB port for easy recipe uploads, HACCP compliance for food safety, and an automated CombiWash system for effortless cleaning. The glass doors provide visibility into the cooking process, and the four-piece rack system enhances flexibility in food placement. Constructed with durable stainless steel both inside and out, the BLCT-6-10E also includes adjustable feet for stability.
