The Blodgett DFG-200-ES ADDL is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for commercial baking. This single-deck oven features a bakery depth and accommodates up to five 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for large-scale baking operations. Equipped with solid state digital controls, it offers precise temperature management for consistent results. The two-speed fans ensure even heat distribution, while the interior light allows for easy monitoring of your baked goods. The simultaneous operated doors with glass provide visibility and convenience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, this oven is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes 6" stainless steel legs and a stacking kit for versatile installation options. With a powerful output of 50,000 BTU, this oven is cETL and NSF certified, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
