Blodgett INVOQ Model No. 62BLE/102BLE is an advanced electric combi oven steamer designed for high-capacity cooking. This boilerless unit features a stacked configuration of the 62BLE on the 102BLE, accommodating up to 16 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 32 full-size 12" x 20" hotel pans (GN 1/1). It includes a stacking kit and comes with two side racks featuring non-tilt support rails, along with five and eight stainless steel wire racks for versatile cooking options. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, the oven offers SmartChef programming and MenuPlanner for streamlined operation. It supports CombiSpeed and CombiSense cooking modes, ensuring optimal results for various dishes. The built-in hand shower and external temperature probe enhance cooking precision, while Delta-T cooking and Cook & Hold functions provide flexibility in food preparation. The CombiSteam system utilizes Injection Steam technology, and the oven can store up to 1,500 recipes for easy access.
