The Blodgett TC-14 is a robust transport cart designed for use with the BC-20 E/G oven steamer combi retherm. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this cart features a locking pan stop and a drip pan for efficient operation. It accommodates standard 26-position rack guides or universal rack guides, holding up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" bake pans or 28 steam table pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2.5". The removable cart handle enhances maneuverability, while the 5" heavy-duty casters ensure smooth transport. Wire shelves are not included, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen setup.
