Description
The Blue Air BAPP44-D2-HC is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This one-section unit features a spacious 44-3/8"W design with an 11.3 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for pizza preparation. It includes two drawers that can accommodate up to six 1/3 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The insulated pan cover comes with a stainless steel divider, maintaining optimal temperatures between 33°F and 39°F. A 19"D cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is durable and easy to clean. Mobility is enhanced with four 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a powerful 3/8 HP compressor. It runs on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 3.5 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P cord.
