This two-section unit features a spacious 67"W design with a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, perfect for storing ingredients and supplies. It includes side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal cooling performance. The prep table is equipped with two drawers on the left and one door on the right, providing easy access to your essentials. Inside, you'll find two adjustable wire shelves that accommodate up to nine 1/3 size pans, making organization simple. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients fresh and separated. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, this unit maintains ideal conditions for food storage. The 19"D cutting board offers ample space for food preparation, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
