Description
The Blue Air BAPP67-D2R-HC is a two-section refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 67"W and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The unit includes two drawers on the right and one door on the left, providing easy access to ingredients and supplies. Inside, you'll find two adjustable wire shelves that accommodate up to nine 1/3 size pans, ensuring ample storage for your pizza toppings. The insulated pan cover comes with a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients fresh and organized. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures that your ingredients are stored at the ideal temperature. The prep table is equipped with a 19"D cutting board for efficient food preparation. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it offers durability and easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on 4"H swivel casters, with two braked for stability during use. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.5 amps. The included cord features a NEMA 5-15P plug, and the unit meets cUL, UL, and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
