The Blue Air BAPP67-D4-HC is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This two-section unit features a spacious 67"W design with a generous 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, allowing for ample storage and easy access to ingredients. Equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh. The table includes four drawers that accommodate up to nine 1/3 size pans, complemented by an insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider for optimal organization. The 19"D cutting board provides a sturdy workspace for food preparation, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
