Description
The Blue Air BAPP67-HC is a two-section refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any commercial kitchen. With a spacious 67"W and a 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The unit includes two full doors for easy access and four adjustable wire shelves to maximize storage flexibility. It accommodates up to nine 1/3 size pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The insulated pan cover comes with a stainless steel divider to keep toppings organized and fresh. Operating within a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, it maintains ideal conditions for food safety. The 19"D cutting board provides a sturdy workspace, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked, for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 3.5 amps. The product includes a cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cUL, UL, and ETL-Sanitation standards.
