Description
The Blue Air BAPP93-D2L-HC is a high-capacity refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious three-section layout measuring 93-1/4"W and offering 30.8 cu. ft. of storage, it features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. This prep table includes two drawers on the left and two doors on the right, providing easy access to ingredients. It comes equipped with two adjustable wire shelves and can accommodate up to twelve 1/3 size pans, ensuring ample space for all your pizza toppings. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients fresh and organized. Operating within a temperature range of 33°-39°F, the unit maintains ideal conditions for food storage. A 19"D cutting board offers a convenient workspace for pizza preparation. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this table is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
