The unit includes two drawers on the right and two doors on the left, providing easy access to ingredients and supplies. Equipped with two adjustable wire shelves, it accommodates up to twelve 1/3 size pans, ensuring ample storage for your pizza toppings. The insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain temperature and organization. Operating within a temperature range of 33°-39°F, it keeps ingredients fresh and ready for use. The 19"D cutting board offers a convenient workspace for pizza preparation, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning.
