The Blue Air BAPP93-D4LM-HC is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section unit measures 93-1/4"W and offers a spacious 30.8 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for pizza preparation. It features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of 33°-39°F, ensuring ingredients stay fresh. The prep table includes four drawers on the left and one door on the right, providing easy access to ingredients. Inside, you'll find two adjustable wire shelves that accommodate up to twelve 1/3 size pans, allowing for versatile storage options. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps keep toppings organized and at the right temperature. The 19"D cutting board offers ample space for food preparation, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked, for easy mobility and stability.
