Equipped with side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a precise temperature range of 33°-39°F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh. The table includes six drawers that accommodate up to twelve 1/3 size pans, making organization simple and efficient. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain temperature and prevent cross-contamination.
