Description
The Blue Air BAPP93-HC Refrigerated Counter Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section unit measures 93-1/4"W and offers a generous 30.8 cu. ft. capacity. It features side-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal cooling performance. The table includes three full self-closing doors for easy access and energy efficiency, along with six adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. Accommodating up to twelve 1/3 size pans, the insulated pan cover comes with a stainless steel divider for organized ingredient storage. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F keeps your ingredients fresh, while the 19"D cutting board provides ample workspace for pizza preparation. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is durable and easy to clean. Mobility is enhanced with four 4"H swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 3.5 amps. It comes equipped with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug, meeting cUL, UL, and ETL-Sanitation standards for safety and reliability.
