Description
The Blue Air BLMT28-D2-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a compact 27-1/2"W design with a generous 7.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. It includes a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F. The unit accommodates (9) 1/6 and (3) 1/9 size pans, which are included, ensuring ample space for ingredients. It also features two convenient drawers for additional storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides a practical workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added functionality. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLMT28-D2-HC is both durable and easy to clean. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients fresh. Self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitor system enhance usability, while the unit is equipped with (4) 4" swivel casters (2 braked) for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 4.2 amps.
