This two-section unit features a spacious 36-3/8"W design with a 9.5 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 15 (1/6 size) pans, which are included. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. Equipped with two self-closing swing doors, this unit provides easy access to ingredients while maintaining temperature integrity. Inside, you'll find two adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. The 9-1/2" cutting board offers ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLMT36-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
