Description
The Blue Air BLMT48-D2R-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48-3/8"W design with a generous 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. It includes nine 1/6 size pans, which are included, and offers two drawers for additional storage. The left side is equipped with a self-closing door for easy access. The unit is built with stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning. It features two epoxy-coated wire shelves and a 9-1/2" cutting board, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for convenience. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures optimal food preservation, while the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain freshness. Advanced self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitoring system provide precise temperature management. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor, and it is designed for efficiency with a power requirement of 115v/60/1-ph and 4.7 amps.
