Description
The Blue Air BLMT48-D4-HC is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section unit features a spacious 48-3/8"W design with a generous 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included. Equipped with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, it maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider for organized ingredient storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added stability. The unit features four drawers for easy access to ingredients, while self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitor system enhance usability.
