Description
The Blue Air BLMT48-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. With a spacious 48-3/8"W and a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to 18 (1/6 size) pans, which are included for immediate use. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. This unit features two self-closing swing doors for easy access, along with two adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added functionality. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider, enhancing organization and efficiency. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the BLMT48-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked, allowing for easy mobility and stability.
