Description
The Blue Air BLMT72-D2R-HC is a high-capacity Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit measures 72-3/8"W and offers a spacious 20.2 cu. ft. capacity. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, maintaining a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F for optimal food preservation. The unit includes (30) 1/6 size pans, allowing for organized ingredient storage. It is equipped with (2) drawers and (2) self-closing swing doors on the left side for easy access. Two adjustable wire shelves provide additional storage flexibility. The 9-1/2" cutting board and side rail cutting board bracket enhance prep efficiency. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It also features self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitoring system for reliable operation. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 4" swivel casters, with (2) braked for stability.
