Description
The Blue Air BLMT72-D6-HC is a high-capacity refrigerated counter designed for efficient sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72-3/8" wide and offers a generous 20.2 cu. ft. of storage space. It features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, maintaining a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F for optimal food freshness. The unit includes (30) 1/6 size pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients, and is equipped with (6) drawers for additional storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides a convenient prep area, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added functionality. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLMT72-D6-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features an insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients organized and fresh. The self-diagnostic digital controls and monitor system allow for easy temperature management. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
