Description
The Blue Air BLMT72-HC is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 72-3/8" width and a generous 20.2 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to thirty 1/6 size pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, maintaining a precise temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring food freshness. Equipped with three self-closing swing doors and three adjustable wire shelves, this prep table offers easy access and customizable storage options. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider, enhancing organization and efficiency. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the BLMT72-HC is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
