Description
The Blue Air BLPT28-D2-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a compact 27-1/2"W design with a generous 7.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for kitchens with limited space. It includes a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring your ingredients stay fresh. The unit comes equipped with (6) 1/6 and (2) 1/9 size pans, which are included for immediate use. It also features two convenient drawers for additional storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added stability. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients organized. Self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitor system enhance usability, while the four 4" swivel casters (two with brakes) allow for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.1 amp draw.
