Description
The Blue Air BLPT28-HC is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a compact 27-1/2"W design with a generous 7.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. It includes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring food freshness. The unit accommodates (6) 1/6 and (2) 1/9 size pans, which are included, and features a self-closing swing door for easy access. An adjustable wire shelf provides additional storage flexibility, while the 9-1/2" cutting board and side rail cutting board bracket enhance food prep efficiency. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLPT28-HC is both durable and easy to clean. The insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain optimal temperatures for your ingredients. Digital controls allow for precise temperature management, and the unit is equipped with (4) 4" swivel casters (2 braked) for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.0 amp draw. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
