Description
The Blue Air BLPT36-HC is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation, featuring a compact 36-3/8" width and a generous 9.5 cu. ft. capacity. It includes rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and accommodates up to ten 1/6 size pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit is equipped with two self-closing swing doors for easy access and two adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures optimal food preservation, while the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider maintains freshness. Digital controls allow for precise temperature management. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is durable and easy to clean. It features four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. The BLPT36-HC operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 4.1 amp draw.
