Description
The Blue Air BLPT48-D2L-HC is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48-3/8"W and a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, it features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling. This unit accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans, which are included, and offers two convenient drawers for additional storage. The right side includes a self-closing swing door and an adjustable wire shelf for versatile organization. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. The temperature range of 33°F to 39°F ensures food safety and freshness, while the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain optimal conditions. Digital controls allow for precise temperature management, and the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked, for easy mobility. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates with a 1/4 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 4.1 amps, featuring a cord with NEMA 5-15P.
