Description
The Blue Air BLPT48-D4-HC is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48-3/8"W and a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans, which are included. The unit features four drawers for easy access to ingredients and a 9-1/2" cutting board for efficient food prep. Temperature is maintained between 33°F to 39°F, ensuring food safety and freshness. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider for organized storage. Advanced self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitoring system provide ease of use and reliability. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for durability. It is equipped with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability.
