Description
The Blue Air BLPT48-HC is a two-section refrigerated counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 48-3/8"W and a 13.1 cu. ft. capacity, it features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F. This unit includes (12) 1/6 size pans for efficient ingredient organization and comes with (2) self-closing swing doors for easy access. Inside, you'll find (2) adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage, complemented by a 9-1/2" cutting board and a side rail cutting board bracket for added convenience. The insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps keep ingredients fresh. Digital controls allow for precise temperature management, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" swivel casters, including (2) that are braked for stability. Operating on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is energy-efficient with a 1/4 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph power supply, and a 4.5 amp draw.
