Description
The Blue Air BLPT60-D2L-HC is a two-section refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 60-3/8" width and a 16.7 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to (16) 1/6 size pans, which are included for immediate use. The unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, ensuring optimal cooling performance within a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F. This prep table includes (2) drawers for easy access to ingredients and (1) self-closing swing door on the right side, complemented by (1) adjustable wire shelf for customizable storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, while the side rail cutting board bracket keeps it securely in place. The insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider helps maintain food freshness. Equipped with self-diagnostic digital controls and a monitoring system, this unit ensures reliable operation. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, offer durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" swivel casters, including (2) that are braked for stability.
