Description
The Blue Air BLPT60-HC is a two-section refrigerated sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 60-3/8"W and a 16.7 cu. ft. capacity, it accommodates up to (16) 1/6 size pans, which are included for immediate use. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 39°F, ensuring optimal food freshness. This unit features (2) self-closing swing doors for easy access, along with (2) adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. A 9-1/2" cutting board provides ample workspace, complemented by a side rail cutting board bracket for added functionality. The insulated pan cover includes a stainless steel divider to keep ingredients organized. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the BLPT60-HC is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It is equipped with digital controls for precise temperature management and operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" swivel casters, including (2) braked for stability. The unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph power, drawing 4.7 amps, and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
